This is one of the most iconic piece from the French jewelry house of Boucheron. This classic Serpent Boheme cocktail ring was carefully crafted at the jewelry atelier of Andre Vassort back in the 1970, in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with textured finish.
Coral: Mount in a bezel setting, with one pear shaped cabochon cut (11.5 x 7.5 x 5 mm) of 3.85 carats.
Weight: 9.95 grams, (6.38 Dwt).
Size: 6.5 sizable.
Measurements: From the top view 14 mm by 22 mm (0.55 x 0.87 Inches) and raise 10 mm over the finger.
Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks: the head of the eagle for the assay and warranty of the 18kt gold, the maker's maitre mark AV associated to Andre Vassort inside a lozange cartouche, the serial numbers and signed, "BOUCHERON OR 0.750 50077".
Note: The Mo. Andre Vassort atelier, was located in Paris 2, 34 rue Sainte Anne. He collaborate very closely with VCA between the 1950’s and 1980’s, the workshop operations was ceased in the 1990's.
Note: The maker’s cartouche AV, is associated to the 1960's mark for the atelier of the master jeweler, maitre Andre Vassort.
Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The coral is secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
