An Austro-Hungarian empire gold bracelet.

Very interesting antique bracelet, created during the Austro-Hungarian empire, back in the 1880. It was crafted in the city of Budapest, Hungary in rich yellow gold of 18 karats. The design is composed by six three-dimensional large links, made up with some kind of Etruscan revival style and neo-gothic patterns. Each link is attached by an oval ring and is fitted with a discrete integrated crab lock that give continuity to the design. The entire piece is carefully carved with incised and chiseled organic patterns.

Diamonds: Mounted in inlaid incrusted settings, with 6 old European rose cut diamonds, with an estimate of 0.60 carats.

Weight: 28.30 Grams, (18.14 Dwt).

Lenght: 7.25 Inches, (18.42 Cm).

Measurements: The width is 21 mm (0.83 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with Austro-Hungarian empire marks; the letter P in reference to Pest, for the city of Budapest in Hungary, the maker's mark SL inside an oval cartouche and the mark P4 for the assay of the 18kt gold, and electronically tested for .750/.999 Au.

Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

ConditionThe overall condition of this bracelet is pretty good. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The six rose cut diamonds are secured in their settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
