A beautiful three-dimensional antique piece created in America during the Art Nouveau period, back in the 1900. This pendant-brooch is a rare find and has been carefully crafted with curvilinear shapes in solid yellow gold of 14 karats with satin frosted finishes. It is embellished in the center with an orchid flower, which is decorated with applications of non-glossy powder enamel with gradations of purples colors. The enamel work is exceptional and meticulous, far exceeding the details of the fibers and veins of the leaves. This piece is a little jewel with exquisite and exceptional details. It is fitted at the reverse with a horizontal hinged pin bar and a hook security lock to wear as a brooch and a retractable movable ring to wear in a chain.

Diamond: Mount in the center in a five-prongs setting, with 1 European rose cut diamond, 0.10 carats, white colorless F/G color, SI-1 clarity.

Pearls: Mounted with 3 white pearls, such: one free form from the Mississippi river, one semi-round and one baroque.
