*Art Deco 1940 Drop Earrings in Platinum with 4.52 Cts in Diamonds and 11mm Pearls
Art Deco gem-set earrings with Pearls.
Beautiful elegant pieces, created in Europe during the Art-deco period, circa 1940. These pair of dangle earrings were carefully crafted and assembled in solid .900/.999 platinum and .100/.999 iridium. They are suited at the reverse with posts for pierced ears and French omega backs for fastening clips.
They are entirely embellished with a great selection of 62 natural diamonds, all white colorless, F color, VS-2 clarity, described as follow;
Prong set, with 36 round brilliant cuts, 2.86 carats.
Bezel set, with 26 caliber straight baguettes cut, 1.29 carats.
The dangling parts have a nice matching pair of round white pearls of 11mm.
They have a combined weight of 16.4 Grams. The width measure is 16.5 mm and the drop is 46 mm (1.81 Inches).
They are in perfect condition, with all the original diamonds from the period.
