A beautiful and colorful half eternity band ring created during the American art deco period, back in 1930. This elegant ring has been crafted in solid .900/.999 platinum with high polished finish and embellished with eleven natural earth mined gemstones; such diamonds and translucent Colombian emeralds from Muzo.
Colombian Muzo Emeralds
Muzo is a town and municipality in the western Bocaya province, part of the department of Bocaya, Colombia. It is widely known as the world capital of emeralds for the mines containing the world's highest quality gems of this type. The town of Muzo was called Villa de la Santísima Trinidad de los Muzos, or simply Trinidad, when the Spanish conquistadors first founded the settlement in western Boyacá. Muzo is the autonym of the Muzo, the indigenous people who inhabited the region before the Spanish conquest.
Diamonds: Mounted in a flat prongs settings, with 5 calibrated old European round brilliants cuts diamonds, 0.30 carats, white colorless F color, VS-2 clarity.
Emeralds: Mount in channel settings, with 6 square faceted cut of natural Colombian green emeralds with 0.72 carats.
