Rare ring designed by Angela Cummings.

This vintage ring, was made by Cummings itself at his own studio workshop, located in New York city, back in the 1980. It was crafted with organic woven textured patterns in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish.

Aquamarine: Mount on top in a bezel setting, with 1 cushion faceted cut (7 x 7 x 6 mm) of a natural Brazilian vivid blue aquamarine of 2.32 carats.

Weight: 14.20 grams, (9.10 Dwt.).

Size: 6.5. sizable. 

Measurements: 14 mm by 22 mm (0.55 x 0.87 Inch) and raise 6 mm over the finger.

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the gold and signed, "©CUMMINGS .750 2000".

Angela Cummings 

She was born in 1944 in Klagenfurt in Austria. She take her education at the art academy in Perugia, Italy and at the Zeichenakademie in Hanau, West Germany. in the 1967 she joined Tiffany & Co working under the guidance of Donald Claflin and in the 1975, she was the artistic director for her exclusive line brand Cummings. in 1984 she started her own line of jewelry to be retailed exclusively at an in-boutique store at Bergdorf Goodman, in New York city. now she's retired from the jewelry business. This is a very nice and rare collector's piece, both her signed pieces for Tiffany & Co. created in the 1970's and 1980's and also her own exclusive pieces, remain highly collectible and are admired for their beauty, comfort and easily recognizably in style.

Note: This piece was designed by cummings when she have the inside-store boutique at Bergdorf Goodman, after designing for Tiffany & Co. for continuous 20 years.

Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

ConditionThe overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The aquamarine is secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and the authenticity.
