Angela Cummings 1991 Organic Roots Ring In 18Kt Gold With Round Orange Citrine

An organic cocktail ring designed by Angela Cummings.

Very nice and unusual ring, created at the jewelry atelier of Angela cummings back in the 1991. This sculptural ring has been crafted with organic motifs in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with textured finish. The design is composed by the recreation of vines and roots, which intertwine and tie the gem.

Citrine: Mount in a bezel setting, with 1 round brilliant cut of a natural orange citrine of about 2 carats.

Birthstone: Citrine for the month of November.

Weight: 9.1 Grams, (5.84 Dwt).

Size: 5.25 and may be easily sized on request.

Measurements: 21 mm by 10 mm (0.83 x 0.39 Inches) and raise 8 mm over the finger.

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the gold and signed, "©1991 CUMMINGS ,750".

Angela Cummings 

She was born in 1944 in Klagenfurt in Austria. She take her education at the art academy in Perugia, Italy and at the Zeichenakademie in Hanau, West Germany. in the 1967 she joined Tiffany & Co working under the guidance of Donald Claflin and in the 1975, she was the artistic director for her exclusive line brand Cummings. in 1984 she started her own line of jewelry to be retailed exclusively at an in-boutique store at Bergdorf Goodman, in New York city. now she's retired from the jewelry business.

Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

Condition: The overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The citrine are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
