A blue enameled Italian cocktail ring.
Beautiful and statement piece designed with a sleek elegant bombe shape. It was crafted in Italy, circa 1970's in solid gold of 18 karats with a .900/.999 platinum top for the gemstones settings.
The body of the ring is embellished with a Guilloche linear pattern, with applications of hot navy-blue enamel.
The top is mount with 25 very fine European round brilliant cuts diamonds, 1.87 Carats, E/F color VS-2.
Have a total weight of 16.95 Grams and the actual size is 7.5, sizable. The top view measures are 26 mm by 22 mm (1.02 x 0.87 Inches).
Stamped with the designer maker's mark and Italian assay hallmarks, "OVL 18KT".
Note: Guilloché is used in fine jewelry to enhance the appearance of brooches, rings and pendants. Guilloché enamel refers to metal pieces that have been given the Guilloché treatment and then covered with a translucent layer of enamel, giving the geometric patterns underneath the enamel a colorful hue.
