Very handsome Italian piece, crafted with a quilted patterns in solid white gold of 18 karats and finished with semi-frosted and polished surfaces.

The top is suited with a bezel that is holding an oval cabochon cut (13 by 11.5 mm) of a natural red ruby, with a weight of 8.96 Carats

The gold mount is accented, with 16 round brilliant cuts diamonds, 0.25 Carats, G/H color, VS-2 clarity.

Have a total weight of 15.95 grams and the actual size is 7, sizeable. The top view measures are 19 mm by 15 mm and raise 9 mm over the finger.

Stamped, with the gold assay hallmarks, ".750 18 Kt".

It is in perfect condition.
