LE COULTRE 1890 Baroque Miniature Pendant Watch in 18Kt Gold & Guilloche Enamel

This is a beautiful and very fine antique pendant watch created in Switzerland by the LeCoultre et Cie, back in the 1890. The antique pendant watch is over hundred years old and the case has been crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with brushed and polished finishes. It was designed in the Louis XV style simulating a mantle clock with decorations of scrolls and details of guilloche with applications of red enamel. The watch is very rare and the movement has a pendant wind pin set cylinder escapement and gilt movement. Fitted on top with a movable ring to wear in a chain and a hinged door at the reverse to access the movement.
Dial: Round in white porcelain enamel with black Arabic numerals and gold Breguet hands.
Movement: Mechanical manual gilt pendant wind pin set cylinder escapement and signed LeCoultre et Cie.
Weight: 20.60 Grams, (13.21 Dwt).
Measurements: 38 mm by 31 mm by 10.5 mm (1.51 x 1.23 x 0.42 Inches).
Hallmarks: Stamped with French import marks. Inside the case and the movement with Swiss control marks, the maker's mark, the mark for the assay and warranty of the gold and signed as follows, "LECOULTRE ET CIE".
Collateral: This pendant watch is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this LeCoultre pendant watch is excellent. Beside the little normal wear there is no damage to the gold. All parts are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
