FLORON Chicago 1930 Art Deco Geometric Desk Box In Steel & Carved Cedarwood
An art-deco desk box designed by Floron Chicago.
This is a beautiful Streamline geometric desk-box created in Chicago United States during the Art Deco period by Floron, between the 1930 and 1935. The box has been crafted with exceptional solid construction in solid chromed stainless steel with polished finish and two curved pieces carved from cedarwood. The trinket box is fitted with two curved compartments in the interior and a hinge lid with a concealed pressure lock. This box is decorated on top with a round high relief medallion depicting the standing figure of Libertas-Americana. This is highly decorative and would be suitable for cigarettes, cufflinks, jewelry, any piece of memorabilia or just for accent your decoration.
