*Swiss 1970's Zodiacal Scorpio pendant in 18 kt gold and Macassar ebony
Very handsome zodiac pendant for Scorpio.
A vintage unisex piece from the modernist period, made in northern Europe around the 1970's. It was crafted in 18 karats yellow gold, with a carved piece of natural Macassar ebony wood.
The wood base have an asymmetric cushioned shape and is suited with a movable loop of 8 mm to be wear into a chain. The scorpion figure is cut and placed in attack position over the wood part. Fixed from the back with two gold pins.
the Scorpio sign is for the birth period between, October 23 to November 22.
This piece have a weight of 5.9 grams and have a measures of 50 mm (2 inches) by 33 mm (1.30 inches).
Stamped at the back in the loop, with the swiss importation hallmarks for 18 kt.
In perfect condition.
