Outstanding necklace chain, created in Valenza Italy by the jewelry house of Picchiotti. This gorgeous necklace is a one of a kind piece and only one was made following the drawings of Giuseppe Picchiotti. It was carefully crafted in the art deco style with impeccable details in solid white gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. Embellished with a beautiful selection of seventy nine natural and earth mined gemstones, such; colorless diamonds, intense blue sapphires and frosted rock quartz. It is accompanied by a diamonds station chain fitted with a lobster lock.
Diamonds: Mounted in a pave and prongs setting, with 65 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, 1.63 carats, white colorless F/G color, VVS-VS clarity.
Sapphires: Mounted in flat prongs settings, with 9 calibrated octagonal faceted cut (6 x 4.2 x 3 mm) of sapphires, with a total of 7.02 carats.
Sapphires: Mounted in a channel, with 4 calibre baguette cabochon cut (6 x 4.2 x 3 mm) of sapphires, with a total of 0.37 carats.
Rock Quartz: Mounted by four screws, with 1 geometric stepped element carved from natural translucent rock quartz, with frosted finish and a weight of 25.50 carats.
Birthstone: Sapphires for the month of September.

The company was founded in Valenza, Italy, in 1967, the brand name Picchiotti defines always one-of-a-kind Fine Jewelry. The founder Giuseppe Picchiotti, over the course of five decades, has nurtured and fashioned the brand which has earned an international reputation for craftsmanship, quality and artistry. Coming from a long line of distinguished pharmacists, Giuseppe had to break with tradition to follow his dream. Against his family's wishes, at the age of 13, Giuseppe began working as a goldsmith. He apprenticed in a small workshop in Valenza where world-renowned artists were perfecting their craft. He moved on to study at Valenza's Istituto Professionale Orafo, obtaining the knowledge and training necessary to start his own atelier. Giuseppe opened his atelier with his sister, Annamaria. Today, this highly successful, world-renowned enterprise is run by Giuseppe and seven family members. Each family member is responsible for a different aspect of the company and each contributes greatly to its success. Picchiotti comments: "Since the very beginning I always liked the idea that one day I would surround myself with my children and relatives to help me with the business."
