JAPANESE NETSUKE OF WITH THREE PERSONAGES
VERY NICE GOOD LOOKING PIECE CREATED IN JAPAN AFTER THE WAR, DURING THE SHOWA PERIOD (1926-1989), AROUND THE LATE 1940'S. THIS PIECE DEPICTS THE DETAILED FIGURES OF A THREE FANCY DRESSED PEOPLES; A FARMER, A HUNTER AND A CHILD WITH GRAPES. MADE FROM NATURAL CARVING WITH BLACKENED INCISED DETAILS. EXCELLENT CRAFTMANSHIP AND FULLY DETAILED.
IS SUITED AT THE BASE WITH THE CHARACTERISTIC HOLES TO BE ATTACHED TO THE OJIME BALL AND THE INRO BOX. HAVE REMAINS OF THE BROWN-OCHRE INK ACCENTS AND THE SIGNATURE IS ENGRAVED UNDERSIDE.
THIS PIECE HAVE A MEASURES OF 65 mm BY 38 mm BY 25 mm AND HAVE A WEIGHT OF 34.6 Grams.
