*Mid-Century 1950's retro geometric tank bracelet in two tones of solid 18 kt gold

Geometric Tank bracelet in two tones.

Very handsome and interesting piece made in Europe (probably Austria) immediately after the war, circa 1950. It was crafted with retro geometrics patterns in solid 18 karats of yellow and white gold, with the entire surface highly polished.

Constructed and assembled, with multiples flexible links, similar to military tank wheels and suited with a folded slashed lock. 

Have a total weight of 62.8 grams and lenght of 7.5 inches (19.05 cm). The width measure is 16.2 mm (0.64 inch). 

Note: immediately after the first world war, the creation of jewelry with geometric patterns inspired by the tracks of the war tanks became very fashionable. The synthesis of these designs were adapted during the art deco period and after the post-war.

This is a very unusual piece and a great collector's item. 

It is in perfect condition, with no dents, marks, bumps or previous repairs. Have remains of all the antiqued patina intact.
