A pair of free form earrings designed by Ilias Lalaounis.

Statement pair of clips-on earrings, created in Paris France by the jewelry house of Ilias Lalaounis back in the early 1970. These beautiful vintage pieces are from the Biosymbols collection and has been carefully crafted with free forms patterns in solid rich yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. They has been designed as a right and left, and fitted at the reverse with hinged omega backs for fastening clips, The option to add posts for pierced ears can be easily done. 

Weight: Combined of 21.95 Grams, (14.07 Dwt).

Measurements: 52 mm by 25.4 mm (2.05 x 1.0 Inches).

Hallmarks: They are both stamped with the French national mark of the eagle's head for the assay of the 18kt gold, the maker's mark Ste. IL associated to the Parisian workshop of Lalaounis, the Greek mark A21, the gold assay mark .750 for 18 karats and signed in full "LALAOUNIS A21 .750".

Condition: The overall condition of these earrings are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there are no damage to the gold. This pair has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and the authenticity.
