*Italian Mid-century 1960's cocktail ring in 18 kt yellow gold with 26.09 Cts of lapis and diamonds

An statement jeweled Cocktail Ring.

Very unusual Italian piece created with Baroque-Mughal patterns, from the mid-century period, circa 1960. This ring was crafted with twisted wires of solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with white gold settings.

The shape of this piece recreate a baroque dome crown, like the Duomo of Firenze. The main element is a fluted cabochon round cut of a natural blue lapis lazuli of about 25 carats and is surrounded by 73 round European cuts diamonds, 1.09 carats, F/G color, VS-2 clarity.

Have a total weight of 22.95 grams and the actual size is 6, sizable.

The top view measures are 22 mm by 22 mm and raise 26 mm over the finger.

Stamped, with Italian gold assay hallmark, "18 KT".
