Very rare collector's heart necklace, created by Elsa Peretti for the Tiffany & Co. studios. This piece has been crafted in solid pure yellow gold of 24 karats hanging from the typical 18 karats yellow gold links chain. The sculptural heart pendant is fitted at the reverse with a discrete ring to slide in the chain.
