A rare Cartier chain designed by George L'enfant.

Exceptionally rare chain created in Paris France at the jewelry atelier of George L'Enfant for the jewelry house of Cartier, back in the 1960. This fabulous chain has been crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. The design is composed by thirty-one intricate geometric links, one of them integrated with the security lock with a safety slash for extra safety. 

Weight: Has a total of 64.3 Grams, (41.22 Dwt).

Measurements: Has a length of 28.5 Inches (72.4 Cm) and a width of 6.5 mm. 

Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks; the national mark of the eagle's head for the assay and warranty of the 18kt gold, the mark of helmeted Minerva for export, the maker's maitre cartouche GL associated to the jewelry atelier of George L'Enfant, the serial numbers and signed, "CARTIER PARIS .750 38162".
