Three gemstones ring designed by Verdura.

Rare colorful ring, created in Milano Italy by the jewelry house of Verdura. This iconic three gemstones cocktail ring was crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and embellished, with three great natural gemstones.

Gemstones: In the center with one cushion cut (11.5 x 8.5 x 6.5 mm) of a natural pink tourmaline of 4.49 carats

Others: Mount at the sides flanking the center with a pair of cushions cut (8.3 x 7 x 5 mm) natural vivid purplish blue tanzanites of 4.45 carats.

Weight: 9.75 Grams, (6.25 Dwt).

Size: 7.5 and is sizeable.

Measurements: 15 mm by 22 mm (0.59 x 0.87 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the 18kt gold assay mark and signed, "VERDURA 18KT".

The Duke Fulco Di Verdura (1899-1978), start his career as a designer in Paris in 1920, Creating the iconic Maltese cross cuff bracelet for his friend Coco Chanel. In the 1934 he moved to the United States and closely collaborate with Paul Flato in California, designing jewelry for the Hollywood stars of the new movie era, including Greta Garbo and Marlene Dietrich. In the 1939, he moved again, but this time to the city of New York and open the Verdura boutique, in the Fifth Avenue location. in that period Verdura gain the estimation of the very high-profile clientele in the new York's high society.
