Gorgeous cocktail ring, created in New York by Paloma Picasso for the Tiffany Studios back in the 1981. This sculptural massive ring is very rare and was part of the iconic collection privee. Has been crafted in a very limited edition in solid yellow gold of 18 karats and platinum bezel for the setting of the diamond. All with high polished finish.
Diamond: The platinum part is mount, with 1 round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.20 carats, white colorless E/F color, VS-1 Clarity.
Pearl: Mount in the center with 1 round white pearl of 16 mm.
Weight: 30.25 Grams, (19.39 Dwt).
Size: 6.5 and may be sized on request.
Measurements: 27 mm by 25 mm (1.06 x 1.0 Inches) and raise 14 mm over the finger.
Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the designer's cursive signature, the gold assay mark, the serial numbers and signed in full, "TIFFANY & CO. 1981 © .750 PLAT PALOMA PICASSO 7282".
Paloma Picasso was the Daughter of the artists Pablo Picasso and Françoise Gilot. Paloma has been a creative force since the day she was born. Growing up in France, she was surrounded by art and was always encouraged to create herself, which she did with great enthusiasm—firstly, with childhood drawings and, later, through her now iconic jewelry collections for tiffany.
