This is a beautiful and rare cocktail ring created in Paris France by the iconic jewelry house of Cartier. The modernist ring has been carefully crafted with classic semi-bombe patterns in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polish finish. It is embellished with a gorgeous selection of sixty-nine natural gemstones, such a Burmese ruby cabochon and well matched white colorless diamonds.
Ruby: Mounted in the center in a bezel setting, with 1 pear shaped cabochon cut (7 x 5 x 3.5 mm), of Burmese vivid red ruby, with a weight of about 0.85 carats. (weight calculated by formula).
Diamonds: Mount in a channel setting, with 4 calibrated French rectangular step cut Diamonds, with a total weight of about 0.24 carats, white colorless D color, VVS-1 clarity.
Diamonds: Accented around in French pave settings, with 64 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, with a combined weight of 1.28 carats, white colorless D color, VVS-1 clarity.
Birthstone: Ruby for the month of July.
