Refunds

We offer a 7 Days return privilege on every product we offer. Please contact us to info@treasurefinejewelry.com, to notify us for any return or claim. Returns must be received within 7 days of receipt of the item and buyers are responsible for the safe return and all the returning shipping expenses.

Items over $1,500 are subject to a fee of $150 and/or 10% restocking fee and all the banking transaction fees, these fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Altered heavy used and abused pieces will not be accepted back. In any jewelry sale that include the services like rings sizing, this cost will be deducted.
Refunds will post within a maximum of 7 business days in the same way has been originally pay.

Shipping

All jewelry sales under $ 3,000.00 us dollars will be shipped on the same or next business day. Items are shipped by the USPS Priority Mail, Registered or insured mail, all products will be send fully insured and always with a signature option evidence. Depending the case and the client’s requirements, UPS and FEDEX delivery services are an option. For jewelry of $3,000.00 or over will be shipped on the next two or three business day.

For International shipments we use always FedEx Priority International service, fully custom declared and insured (with no exceptions). Please contact us via email or telephone prior to purchase as there are certain countries to which we cannot ship. International shipping is a flat rate of $99.00 us dollars.

All credit card and PayPal transactions will be shipped to the same mailing/billing address.
