LEICHT MAYER 1925 Enameled Lapel Pendant-Brooch Watch In 18Kt Yellow Gold

This is a very unusual lapel-pendant-brooch necklace watch created during the art-deco period in Lucerne Switzerland by the watchmaker’s company of Leicht Mayer, back in 1925. The case of this pendant-watch has been crafted in a window-shape in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and embellished with a superb geometric design, enhanced with inlaid applications of multicolor enamels by the cloisonne technique. This necklace watch is fitted with a beveled glass and is very versatile since feature a movable hinge ring, a removable hinged bar to wear as a lapel brooch and a ring to wear in a chain.

Hallmarks: Stamped with Swiss marks, the five-digits case reference numbers, the mark for the assay and warranty of the .750/.999 gold, and signed as follows, "LEICHT MAYER 18kt 54314 ".
