This is a beautiful colorful travel-purse watch created during the art deco period in Paris France, back in the 1925. This pocket-purse watch has been designed by Fauvety-Paris and is highly collectible. It was masterfully crafted with geometric cushioned patterns in solid .900/.999 sterling silver and embellished with applications of yellow, blue and black enamels. The case is fitted with a concealed hinge and a snap closure system.

The company has the closest reference to Edouard Fauvet, who established a factory in La Courneuve, Paris, in 1914 as part of the company Arbel Fauvet. Arbel Fauvet is a French company with a history dating back to 1856, initially established by Lucien Arbel in Rive-de-Gier, France, and later involving the Deflaissieux brothers.
