EDWARDIAN 1908 Enameled Flower Pendant In 14Kt Gold With Diamond & Pearls
Edwardian enameled flower convertible brooch.
Very beautiful convertible pendant-brooch, created in America during the Edwardian and the Art Nouveau periods, back in the 1900-1910. This outstanding convertible pendant-brooch has been carefully crafted in the shape of a twenty-one petals flower in solid yellow gold of 14 karats and embellished with applications of hot enamel, with gradations of greens colors. Mounted with fifty-one gemstones such: white pearls and a diamond. The enamel work is exceptional and meticulous, far exceeding the details of the fibers and veins of the leaves. It is a little jewel with exquisite and exceptional details, Pansies flowers symbolize a hope that love should not be forgotten. The flower is fitted at the reverse with a horizontal hinged pin bar and mechanical lock to wear as a brooch and a hinged retractable ring to be wear in a chain as a pendant.
Diamond: Mounted in a six-prongs setting, with 1 old European round cut diamond of 0.20 carats, white colorless F/G color, SI clarity.
Pearl: The ten rays are mounted, with 50 halves round white pearl calibrated between 0.5 to 1 mm.

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark and the gold assay mark, "14KT".
Edwardian Jewelry Period
