CARTIER Paris Magnificent Cufflinks In Solid 18Kt Gold Burmese Rubies & Diamonds

Pair of gems-set classic cufflinks designed by Cartier.

This is a fabulous pair of gems set of cufflinks, created in Paris France by the jewelry house of Cartier, back in the late 20th century. These classic cufflinks are from the Cartier Privee collection, masterfully crafted in solid white gold of 18 karats with polished finishes. They are embellished with two magnificent natural Burmese rubies and fifty white colorless calibrated diamonds. The cufflinks are fitted with hinged tensions T bars.

Period: Modernism, 19990-2000.

Rubies: Mounted in bezel settings, with 2 fancy sugarloaf cabochons cuts (4 x 4 x 3 mm) of natural intense vivid red Burmese rubies, with a combined weight of about 1.04 carats.

Diamonds: Mounted in pave settings, with 50 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, with a weight of about 0.75 carats, white colorless D/E color, VVS clarity.

Birthstone: Rubies for the month of July.

Weight: 12.2 Grams, (7.85 Dwt).

Measurements: Diameter of 13 mm and a length of 22 mm, (0.52 x 0.87 Inches).

Hallmarks: They are both stamped with French marks, the eagle's head for the assay and warranty of the ,750/.999 gold, the maker's cartouche Ste GAF, the six-digits serial numbers and signed as follows, "©CARTIER .750 48060B Ste GAF".

Collateral: These pair of Cartier cufflinks are accompanied by a brand new designer's presentation jewelry box.

Condition: The overall condition of these Cartier cufflinks is excellent. Beside the very little normal wear, there is absolutely no damage to the gold. The 52 gemstones are secured in the settings. This pair has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
