This is a beautiful and extremely rare cylindrical petrol lighter created in London England during the art deco period by the jewelry house of Cartier, back in the 1914. This antique miniature lighter is called Tom Pouce and takes its name from the classic short fairy tales by the Grimm's brothers, Tom Thumb (Tom Pouce being the French translation). The lighter was carefully crafted in solid yellow gold of 9 karats and embellished with engine turned patterns. Have a gorgeous look and surely will be a great conversation piece. Is accompanied by the original fitted Cartier red box.
