This is a very rare antique compass pendant, created in London England during the Edwardian period, back in the 1907. This elusive piece has been crafted by the company of Francis Barker & Son famous for the best worldwide compass production. The compass has been made up in the shape of a pocket watch in solid yellow gold of 15 karats with high polished finish. It is fitted on top with a movable ring to wear in a chain or a fob and is framed by two thick bombe crystal. This is a super interesting "scientific" pendant and will definitely be a great conversation starter because of its rarity and unusual motif. It is great to wear in your neck and never been lost in your city or your future travels.

Hallmarks: Stamped twice with British marks for the city of London, the maker's mark F.B&Sn associated to Francis Barker & Son, the mark .625 for the assay and warranty of the 15 karats, the italic letter M for the production year of 1907 and signed, "F.B & Sn. 15 .625 M".
Note: The goldsmith mark of Francis Barker & Son was registered in London in March 1894.
