A beautiful pair of clips earrings, created in Milan Italy by the renowned jewelry house of Verdura. These aesthetic rare earrings has been crafted in solid white gold of 18 karats, with very high polished finish. Suited at the reverse, with comfortable hinged French omega backs for fastening clips and the optional posts for pierced ears can be easily added.
Gemstones: The main body of each earrings is carved from natural blue lace agates.
Sapphires: Mount into bezel settings with 14 graduated round cabochon cut of natural translucent vivid blue sapphires with a total weight of 5.72 carats.
Weight: 25.3 Grams, (16.22 Dwt).
Measurements: 28 mm by 23 mm (1.10 x 0.90 Inches).
Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the assay mark for the warranty of the gold, the serial numbers and signed, "VERDURA .750 23318 VEC3023".
The Duke Fulco Di Verdura (1899-1978), start his career as a designer in Paris in 1920, Creating the iconic Maltese cross cuff bracelet for his friend Coco Chanel.
