Leaves necklace earrings suite designed by Angela Cummings for Tiffany & Co.
An exceptional modernism jewelry suite comprising of a necklace and a pair of clips earrings created in New York city by Angela Cummings for Tiffany Studios, back in the 1981. This suite is very rare and just a few were produced. The necklace is composed of a graduated series of twelve textured gold leaves in 14 karats of green gold, rose gold and yellow gold, fitted with a discrete closure hook. The earrings are just two oversized leaves in yellow gold and fitted with comfortable omega backs for fastening clips. The addition of posts for pierced ears can be easily done in the case is need it.
All leaves are finished with different textures, polishings and patterns imitating the colors of the Autumn.
Weight: Necklace 131.5 Grams, (84.3 Dwt). Earrings 21.4 Grams (13.71 Dwt).
Measurements: Necklace 17.5 Inches. (44.4 Cm), Widest 65 mm (2.56 Inches). Earrings 50 mm by 27 mm (1.96 x 1.06 Inches).
Hallmarks: Stamped with the Tiffany & Co. maker's mark, the gold assay mark, the serial numbers for the necklace and the earrings and signed in full, "TIFFANY & CO. ANGELA CUMMINGS ©1981 14KT 13824 + 23411".
Angela Cummings, was born in 1944 in Klagenfurt in Austria. She take her education at the art academy in Perugia, Italy and at the Zeichenakademie in Hanau, West Germany. in the 1967 she joined Tiffany & Co working under the guidance of Donald Claflin and in the 1975, she was the artistic director for her exclusive line brand Cummings. in 1984 she started her own line of jewelry to be retailed exclusively at an in-boutique store at Bergdorf Goodman, in New York city. now she's retired from the jewelry business.

Note: Recently, just the necklace with no earrings was sold for 30,240 at Christie's sale 20952, June 7-8, 2022, Lot number 57.

Condition: The overall condition of this suite is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold parts. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
