GEOMETRIC 1970 Retro Modernist Sculptural Ring In 14Kt Gold Tiger Quartz & Diamonds
Sculptural retro ring from the modernism period.
Beautiful three dimensional sculptural ring, created during the modernist period, back in the 1970. This gorgeous geometric cocktail ring has been crafted with unusual shapes in solid yellow gold of 14 karats with high polished finish. Most surely this ring was made up by an independent studio jewelry maker and designer. Embellished with one diamonds and one carving of tiger's eye.
Diamond: Mount in a four-prongs setting, with 1 old European rose cut diamond of 0.20 carats, G color, SI-1 clarity.
Gemstone: Mount on top in a bezel setting, with 1 round flat cabochon cut (16 x 16 x 5 mm) of a natural brownish tiger eye quartz of about 12 carats.
Weight: 16.80 Grams, (10.77 Dwt).
Size: 6 and may be sized up or down on special request.
Measurements: 25.4 mm by 17 mm (1.0 x 0.69 Inches) and raise 20 mm over the finger.
Hallmarks: Stamped with some king of maker's monogram mark and the mark for the assay of the .585/.999 gold, "14kt"
Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this Sculptural ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The tiger quartz and the diamond are secured in their setting. This ring has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
