Sculptural op art Yin-Yang Ring with Gemstones.
An ultra-modern geometric piece of art from the Spatialism period, of the 1970s. This unusual and rare one-of-a-kind ring is made of 18 karat solid yellow gold with white gold details. The surfaces are finished with a mirrored polished finish.
The opening is embellished, with a sphere with yin-yang patterns attached to the edge, giving the optical illusion that it floats inside and rotates around its orbit.
Half of the sphere is decorated with a natural red Italian coral carving and the other is mount with an impeccable pave setting of 62 calibrated round brilliant cuts diamonds, 1.55 carats, E/F color, VS-1 Clarity.
Have a total weight of 39.5 Grams actual size is 6.75 sizeable. The top view diameter is 31 mm (1.22 Inches) and raise 26 mm over the finger.
Stamped with Italian assay hallmarks, "ITALY .750 18 Kt".

Note: Spatialism is an art movement founded by the Italian artist Lucio Fontana in Milan in the 1947 in which he grandiosely intended to synthesize colour, sound, space, movement and time into a new type of art. The main ideas of this movement were anticipate in his Manifiesto Blanco, published in Buenos Aires in 1946. In it he spoke of a neo "spatial" art in keeping the spirit of the post war age.
