Large Door-Knockers drops earrings.

A gorgeous American baroque pair, made during the mid-century period, circa 1960. They was crafted, with impeccable details in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with highly textured finish and suited with posts (Removable) for pierced ears, and comfortable omega backs for fastening clips.

This pair is composed by two movable elements attached together by an invisible bar, that allows the bottom to have a little movement.

They are pretty large, with a combined weight of 67.5 grams. The drop measure is 50 mm (2 inches) and the width is 28 mm (1.10 inches). 

Both are stamped at the reverse, with the maker's mark Mo and the gold assay hallmark, "18 KT".

They are in pristine condition.
