Cocktail ring with emerald designed by Van Cleef & Arpels.

This is a gorgeous ring created in Paris France by the iconic jewelry house of Van Cleef & Arpels, back in the 1980. The beautiful ring has been masterfully crafted with a slight wavy shape in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and is embellished with thirty-three natural earth mined gemstones, such; white colorless VVS diamonds and a Colombian green emerald. The total carat's weight of the gemstones is 3.52 carats.

Period: Modernist, 1970-1980.

Diamonds: Mount around in pave settings, with 32 graduated round brilliant cut diamond, with a total weight of about 1.76 carats, white colorless D/E color, VVS clarity.

Emerald: Mounted in the center in a four-prongs setting, with 1 oval cabochon cut (8 x 6 x 5 mm) of a vivid green Colombian emerald, with a weight of about 1.76 carats. (The carat weight of the emerald was calculated by formula).

Birthstone: Emerald for the month of May.

Weight: 4.80 Grams, (3.10 Dwt). 

Size: Actually is size 6.5 and may be easily resized up or down on special request.

Measurements: 21 mm by 7 mm (0.83 x 0.28 Inches) and raise 8 mm over the finger

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay and warranty of the .750/.999 yellow gold, the seven-digits serial numbers and signed in full as follows, "©VCA 18KT NY47221.3".
