Beautiful necklace, created by Angela Cummings for the Tiffany Studios in New York city, back in the 1979. This iconic and unique necklace was carefully crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with textured and polished finish. Fitted with a security hook for safety lock. The intricate design is inspired by the nature. Made up with organic patterns simulating 15 different petals graduated in sizes and connected by invisible hinges which give continuity to the patterns.

Weight: 63.6 Grams, (40.77 Dwt).

Size: Fit a neck up to 18.5 inches (47 Cm).

Measurements: The average of the petals  IS 21 mm (0.82 Inch).

Hallmarks: Stamped with the early maker's mark, the gold assay mark and signed in full, "© 1979 TIFFANY & CO. 18 KT".

Angela Cummings, was born in 1944 in Klagenfurt in Austria. She take her education at the art academy in Perugia, Italy and at the Zeichenakademie in Hanau, West Germany. in the 1967 she joined Tiffany & Co working under the guidance of Donald Claflin and in the 1975, she was the artistic director for her exclusive line brand Cummings. in 1984 she started her own line of jewelry to be retailed exclusively at an in-boutique store at Bergdorf Goodman, in New York city. now she's retired from the jewelry business.

This rare necklace is a very nice collector's piece, both her signed pieces for Tiffany & Co. created in the 1970's and 1980's and also her own exclusive pieces, remain highly collectible and are admired for their beauty, comfort and easily recognizably in style.
