TIFFANY & CO. 1900 Art Nouveau Brooch With Scrolls In 18Kt Yellow Gold

Art nouveau brooch designed by Tiffany & Co.

This is a very pretty and delicate brooch, created in New York city at the Tiffany & Co. Studios, during the art nouveau period back in the 1900. The brooch has been crafted in one single piece with floriated scrolls in solid rich yellow gold of 18 karats with satin finish. It is fitted at the reverse with a hinged horizontal pin with a mechanical twisted lock to wear a a brooch and a concealed hook to hang a pendant, a little pocket watch or a cameo. This piece can be wear as a pendant as pictured.

Weight: 5.45 Grams, (3.52 Dwt). 

Measurements: 33 mm by 22 mm (1.30 x 0.87 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the gold and signed as follow; "TIFFANY & CO. 18KT".

Collateral: This brooch is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.

Note: Chain is not included.

Condition: The overall condition of this brooch is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. All parts are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
