An unusual eternity ring designed by Cartier.
Very rare and unusual eternity ring, created in Paris France by the jewelry house of Cartier, back in the 1980. This ring has been crafted with a bold look, with four stations in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. It is embellished with eighty-eight natural earth mined diamonds alternated with tapered baguettes and brilliants cuts. This model is exceptionally rare and seldom offered, we have never seen.
Diamonds: Mounted in pave settings, with 76 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, 1.52 carats, white colorless E color, VS-1 clarity.
Diamonds: Mounted in channel settings, with 12 tapered Baguette cut diamonds, 0.60 carats, white colorless E color, VS-1 clarity.
Weight: 6.95 Grams, (4.46 Dwt).
Size: 7 and may be possible to downsize with an inner ring sizer.
Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks; the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the gold, the serial numbers and signed, "CARTIER .750 36878".
Collateral: This ring is accompanied by the designer's presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. The diamonds are secured in the settings. This ring has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and the authenticity.
