CARTIER PARIS 1960 Cocktail Ring In 18Kt Yellow Gold With Diamonds & Sapphires
A cocktail ring with sapphires designed by Cartier.
This is a beautiful and very rare vintage cocktail ring created in Paris France by the jewelry house of Cartier, between the 1955 and 1960. This fabulous cocktail ring has been masterfully crafted as a cluster in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and accented with platinum settings for the diamonds. The ring is embellished on top, with a great selection of sixteen natural gemstones, such; natural white colorless diamonds and vivid blue sapphires carved as cabochons beads. The sapphires are natural earth mined and not heated or treated.

Diamonds: Mounted around in bezel settings, with 8 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, with a total weight of about 0.13 carats, white colorless E/F color, VS clarity.
Birthstone: Sapphires for the month of September.

Measurements: 19 mm by 15 mm (0.75 x 0.59 Inches) and raise 11 mm over the finger.
Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks; the eagle's head mark for the warranty and assay of the 18kt yellow gold, the atelier maker's mark lozenge cartouche and signed as follows, "CARTIER .750".
