This is the very scarce and desirable Amulets de Cartier necklace sautoir, created in Paris France by the jewelry house of Cartier. The sautoir has been crafted as a station chain in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with six amulets which are embellished with natural white colorless diamonds and carvings of white mother of pearls. The stations sautoir is fitted with a lobster security lock and actually is out of production and has been also produced, with green malachite, black onyx, chrysoprase and blue lapis, the white nacre like this is the most desirable and hard to find.
