Pendant brooch designed by Andrew Clunn.

Gorgeous convertible pendant-brooch, created in New York city at the jewelry atelier of Andrew Clunn. This piece has been crafted in the shape of a Maltese cross with hammered patterns in solid rich yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish. Embellished with a great selection of natural earth mined diamonds and a huge South Seas pearl. It is fitted at the reverse, with a hook to wear as a pendant in a chain or a necklace and a hinged double pins bars with a trombone security lock to wear as a brooch.

Diamonds: Mounted in pave settings, with 41 calibrated round brilliant cut diamonds, 2.46 carats, white colorless E/F color, VS-2 clarity.

Pearl: Mount in the center, with 1 South Seas round white pearl of 17 mm.

Birthstone: Pearl for the month of June.

Weight: 60.25 Grams, (38.62 Dwt).

Measurements: 64 mm by 64 mm by 26 mm (2.52 x 2.52 x 1.02 Inches).

Hallmarks Stamped with the maker's mark, the marks for the assay of the gold and the platinum and signed, "A. CLUNN 18KT PLAT".

Andrew Clunn

He was born in England and moved to the United States where he worked as an apprentice to David Webb from 1963 until Webb’s death in 1975. During his 12 years of apprenticeship, he became a trusted employee and eventually become Webb's right hand man and worked with well-known clients including Elizabeth Taylor and the Duchess of Windsor. In 1980, Clunn opened his own jewelry studio on Madison Avenue in New York City specializing in unique and distinctive jewelry designs for distinguished families in Europe and North America. He died in February 2016 in Rye,
