This is a beautiful pill-box created in New York City at the Tiffany & Co. back in the 1940's. The pill-box has been crafted in a square shape in solid yellow gold of 14 karats with polished finish and decorated with guilloche barley patterns. The box in accented in the lid with four vivid red rubies and is fitted with a three-barrels hinge and a thumb pressure lock.
