Beautiful table lamp, created in Paris France by G. Mansard, back in the 1880. Mounted in a bronze ormolu partially gilded round base, with a glazed white porcelain figurine depicting a group of three playful cherubins holding bunches of grapes. Crafted in the style of Louis XVI period and converted into a lamp.
Weight: 4 Pounds.
Measurements: Height of 9.5 Inches (34.13 Cm), Diameter in the Base of 5 Inches (12.71 Cm).
Hallmarks: Stamped in the lower border with the maker's mark and signed, "MANSARD PARIS FRANCE".
Note: The decorators and manufacturers, Mansard & Co., was located in Paris 10, at 34 of the Rue Paradis.
Condition: The overall condition of this lamp is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the settings or porcelain. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
