Tiffany & Co 1960 George Schuler Retro Swirl Squared Clips Earrings In 18Kt Yellow Gold

Pair of clip-earrings, designed by George Schuler for Tiffany & Co.

Beautiful geometric retro pieces, created during the mid-century period in New York city at the Tiffany studios by George Schuler back in the 1960. These vintage pair of earrings was crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with textured wavy undulated patterns. Both are suited at the reverse, with the iconic hinged omega backs, patented by George Schuler.

They have a combined weight of 12.4 grams and a measurements of 29 mm by 29 mm (1.14 X 1.14 Inches).

This pair was retailed by Tiffany & Co. and is stamped with the maker's mark, the hallmark for the gold assay and signed, "TIFFANY & CO. GS .750".

Note: George Schuler, designed many similar pieces for the houses of Cartier and VCA in New York.

Condition: The overall condition of this piece is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. These pair has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
