Beautiful and elegant piece, created in Paris France by the jewelry house of Chaumet. This very special necklace is part of the popular Liens collection and was carefully crafted in solid white gold of 18 karats, with very high polished finish. Suited, with an integrated lobster lock.
Diamonds: The dangling pendant is mount with a pave setting of 17 round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.20 carats, E/F color, VS-1 clarity.

Length: Chain is 16 Inches (40.6 Cm) and a thickness of 5 mm (0.20 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks; the eagle's head for the assy and guaranty of the 18kt gold, the maker's cartouche, the maker's cartouche and signed in full, "CHAUMET PARIS .750 331187".
Chaumet, was founded by the French born jeweler, Marie-Etienne Ninot. He began his career as an assistant court-jeweler to the queen Marie Antoinette. In 1780, he moved to Paris and founded the house of Chaumet, and was appointed as jeweler to emperor Napoleon in 1802. During this period, Ninot became one of the most popular jewelers in Europe, establishing a loyal and continuous prestigious clientele. today the house remains as a luxury jewelry house under the name Chaumet Paris.
