Kinetic bean ring designed by Elsa Peretti (1940-2021) for Tiffany & Co.

A iconic vintage bean ring, created in New York city at the Tiffany Studios in New York city by Elsa Peretti, back in 1977. This unusual free form movable ring is very rare and has been carefully crafted in solid .925/.999 sterling silver with high polished finish. The main bean element stand free with kinetic movement.

Weight: 10.80 grams, (6.93 Dwt,).

Size: 5,5 and is sizeable and can be adjusted.

Measurements: 22 mm by 15 mm (0.87 x 59 Inch).

Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the designer's mark, the mark for the assay of the silver and signed, "©PERETTI .925 TIFFANY & CO. STERLING".

Elsa Peretti

She was a very famous designer that joined Tiffany & Co in the 1974 and change the complete role of diamonds and color gemstones in fashion for the everyday wear and elevating the status of the sterling silver jewelry. mostly using unusual gemstones and materials. all her creations are as modern today as ever.

Note: This model is an early one and was produced in three sizes; small, medium and large, with and without diamonds. This is the heaviest and largest ring. Actually all of them are retired since 1979 and currently not in production.

Condition: The overall condition of this ring is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the silver. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
