Retro Mid Century Gem Set Pearls Brooch In 18Kt Gold With 2.59 Cts Diamonds

A beautiful American gen set brooch, created during the mid-century period, back in the late 1950's. This gem set brooch has been crafted with articulated cascade elements in solid white gold of 18 karats and is fitted with a horizontal hinged pin bar with a mechanical security lock.
Diamonds: Mounted in four-prongs setting, with 11 round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.93 carats, white Colorless F/G color, VS-2 Clarity.
Diamonds: Mounted in a pave setting with 83 round European brilliant cut diamonds, 1.66 carats, white Colorless F/G color, VS- Clarity.
Gemstones: Mounted with round cultured pearls, 4 blacks between 7 and 9 mm and 18 white between 7 and 8.5 mm.
Weight: 26.45 Grams, (16.95 Dwt).
Measurements: 58 mm by 40 mm (2.28 x 1.57 Inches).
Hallmarks: Stamped with the maker's mark, the gold assay mark and serial numbers, "18 KT 324".
Collateral: It is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of this brooch is excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold. All gemstones are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
