-Leo De Vroomen London Oversized Enameled Earrings In 18Kt Yellow Gold With Hematite

Pair of clips-earrings designed by Leo De Vroomen.

Beautiful and colorful statement geometric round earrings, created in London United Kingdom by the jewelry house of Leo De Vroomen, back in the 1990. This pair of earrings was carefully crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karat, with high polished finish and fitted with hinged French omega backs for fastening clips. The optional posts for pierced ears can be easily added. Embellished with 16 piramidal dotted patterns and with applications of forest-green hot enamel over a guilloche pattern.

Hematite: Mount in the centers in bezels settings, with 2 cushion sugarloaf cabochon cuts (13 x 13 x 7 mm) of natural gray-black hematites, with a combined weight of 16 carats.

Weight: Combined of 41.65 grams (26.70 Dwt.).

Measurements: Diameter of 33 mm (1.30 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with British marks; the head of the lion for the London city, the letter Q for the production year of 1990, the maker's mark LDV inside a rectangle and signed, "DE VROOMEN Q .750 L.D.V. Ste. SGDG".

Note: Guilloché is used in fine jewelry to enhance the appearance of brooches, rings and pendants. Guilloché enamel refers to metal pieces that have been given the Guilloché treatment and then covered with a translucent layer of enamel, giving the geometric patterns underneath the enamel a colorful hue.

Collateral: They are accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
