Italian art deco faceted tank bracelet.

Beautiful bold piece, created in Milano Italy during the transition of the art deco and retro periods, back in the 1935. This tank bracelet has been crafted with faceted patterns in solid 18 karats gold of yellow, white and red tones with high polished finish. The design is composed by 6 geometric faceted links and is fitted with a boxed push lock and a screw pin for extra safety. The red gold parts are geometrically faceted with chamfers in three dimensions with a high polished finish, which causes a visual effect of extreme brilliance.

Weight: 52.95 Grams, (33.94 Dwt).

Measurements: Has a lenght of 7.5 Inches (19 Cm) and a width of 31 mm (1.22 Inches).

Hallmarks: Stamped with early Italian marks, the maker's mark, the gold assay mark and signed, ".750 8 / VI".

Note: immediately after the first world war, the creation of jewelry with geometric patterns inspired by the tracks of the war tanks became very fashionable. The synthesis of these designs were adapted during the art deco period and after the post-war.
