French suite of earrings and brooch.
Colorful suite of tree pieces, composed by a brooch and a pair of clip-on earrings, created in Paris France during the postwar and the mid-century periods, back in the 1960. These pieces has been individually crafted in the shape of wired domes in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and accents of .900/.999 platinum for the setting of the diamonds. Embellished around with multiples four-prongs settings mounted with 57 natural earth mined gemstones.
The earrings are fitted with French omega backs for fastening clips and the addition of post for pierced ears can be easily added. The brooch is fitted with a hinged horizontal bar and a trombone lock to wear as a brooch or pendant

Diamonds: Nine (9) round brilliant cut diamonds, 1.26 carats, white colorless F/G color, VS-2 clarity.
Emeralds: Twenty (20) round cut of Colombian green emeralds, 1.04 carat.
Sapphires: Fourteen (14) round cut Ceylon blue sapphires, 0.72 carat.
Rubies: Fourteen (14) round cut vivid red Burmese rubies, 0.70 carat.
Weight: Combined of 41.75 Grams, (26.76 Dwt).
Measurements: Brooch is 43 mm by 38 mm (1.71 x 1.49 Inches). Earrings are 22 mm x 22 mm (0.87 x 0.87 Inches).
Hallmarks: Stamped with French marks; the eagle and the dog heads for the assay and the warranty of the 18kt gold and the platinum respectively and the maker's maitre cartouche CAG inside a lozenge.
Collateral: This set is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box.
Condition: The overall condition of these pieces are excellent. Beside the little normal wear, there is no damage to the gold or the platinum. All gemstones are secured in the settings. This piece has been carefully inspected to guarantee the condition and authenticity.
